What we collect
- Account data: name, e-mail address, hashed password, workspace memberships and roles.
- Security data: sign-in times, IP addresses and browser descriptions of sessions; a security activity log.
- Content you upload: videos, images, audio, transcripts, briefs, and data derived from them (analysis, renders).
- Consent and rights records you create (who consented, scope, dates, revocations).
- Billing data handled by our payment provider; we store plan and subscription status, not card numbers.
Why we use it (and legal basis)
To provide the service (contract), to keep it secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest), to meet legal obligations, and with your consent where required. [Operator to confirm.]
Who receives it

How long we keep it
[Retention periods for accounts, content, logs, backups.] Temporary processing files are deleted after each job.
