Likeness Consent Policy
DRAFT — LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED. This template was written to describe how ClipForge works. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not legal advice. The operator must have it reviewed for their jurisdiction before publishing it.
Version 1 — template.
A likeness consent records that a real person agreed to their face, body or voice being used to create a digital character.
Each consent records: who the person is (as stated), the type (self, model release, employee authorisation, actor release, licensed likeness), its scope, when it was given, when it expires, who recorded it, and any evidence reference (kept private).
The person may withdraw consent at any time by contacting [the workspace / the operator]. After withdrawal no new content is generated with the character. Content already generated may remain where the release allows; [operator and counsel to define takedown obligations].
