Uploading
You confirm that you own or are authorised to use what you upload. ClipForge records these confirmations.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on ClipForge infringes your rights, send a report with: your contact details; the work you own; where the infringing material is; a statement of good-faith belief; and a statement that your report is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. [Address / form link.]
What happens next
We review each report. While we review we may hold the material (it is not used or published). We tell the uploader and give them a chance to respond. We resolve the report by removing the material, restoring it, or rejecting the report. One report does not by itself close an account; repeated, confirmed infringement does. [Counter-notice procedure for the operator's jurisdiction.]
