AI Character Policy

Version 1 — template.

• Fully synthetic characters must not be designed to look like a specific real person.
• Real-person characters (yourself, a model, an employee, an actor, a licensed likeness) require a recorded consent of the right type, within its scope and before its expiry. When consent is revoked or expires, no new generation is allowed; earlier output keeps its provenance record.
• Character replacement of a performer in a video requires that you own or are authorised to use the video and the performance (motion) in it.
• Characters may not be used for sexual content, deception of viewers about who is speaking, or impersonation.
