DRAFT — LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED. This template was written to describe how ClipForge works. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not legal advice. The operator must have it reviewed for their jurisdiction before publishing it.
Version 1 — template.
You may not use ClipForge to:
- upload or create sexual content of any kind through the advertising, clipping or character features; content sexualising minors is prohibited absolutely and will be reported where the law requires;
- impersonate a real person or create a character of a real person without their documented consent;
- upload material you do not have the rights to, or download content from platforms you are not authorised to;
- make false, misleading or unsubstantiated advertising claims;
- harass, threaten or promote violence or hatred against people;
- break the law, infringe intellectual property, or violate others' privacy;
- probe, overload or attack the service or other customers, or bypass limits, rate limits or access controls.
Automated checks may flag uploads for review. A flag is not a judgement: flagged material is held until reviewed, and accounts are not closed on an automated flag alone.
